Job Role: General Plumber / Bathroom Fitter
We are currently looking for a bathroom fitter / general plumber to join our friendly family run business. You will be required to carry out general plumbing and bathroom fitting to a high standard, working on your own and in a small team, these works will include but not be limited to; bathroom fitting,general plumbing problem solving, fixing leaks, general repairs. When carrying out works for 1st Clearflow we aim for a first time fix, meaning that we try to fix a job on our first visit and not put it off for another day, setting us apart from other plumbing and drainage companies.
This is a full time position: 8:00AM – 5:30PM Mon – Fri.
Salary and Benefits:
• The Salary is based on experience but would be between £23,500 – £26,000~
• Additional commission earnt on work out of hours.
• 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
• Company vehicle.
• Company pension.
• We offer paid Health and safety training covering, Working at height, Manual handling, Asbestos awareness and Confined space.
• Industry training.
• All engineers are supplied with full PPE.
We have also recently built a new training suite in our head office to aid additional training in the following: General Health and Safety, Basic Drainage, Advanced Drainage, CCTV Surveys, Basic Plumbing & Water Mains.
What you need:
• Experience in drainage and ground works.
• Able to work on your own and with a small team.
• Able to use your own initiative.
• Represent the company by being presentable, positive and approachable.
• Good time keeping and punctuality is essential.
• Holder of a valid UK driving license.
• You must be older than 21 due to our vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to learn.
• Having certificates like Water jetting association, street works are a bonus but not essential

You will be required to carry out drainage works to a high standard, working on your own and in a small team, these works will include but not be limited to; repairs / replacement of drainage, general unblocking, CCTV Surveys, drain lining and general fault finding. When carrying out works for 1st Clearflow we aim for a first time fix, meaning that we try to fix a job on our first visit and not put it off for another day, setting us apart from other drainage companies.
This is a full time position: 8:00AM – 5:30PM Mon – Fri.
